1 1/2 cups (6oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/3 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
4 oz deli sliced corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the Swiss, dressing & Bob's all purpose sauce in a bowl & mix well. Stir in the corned beef. Spread the mixture in a 9 in. deep dish pie plate or quiche pan. Top with the sauerkraut & remaining 1/2 cup Swiss. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
Serve with pretzel crackers or cocktail rye bread slices.
My Thoughts:
This dip has a lot of strong flavors so my recommendation for serving it would be on the cocktail rye bread slices. You can even bake some of the slices in the oven for a few minutes & then pre-serve them with some of the dip already on top.
